Running the ABC Codes Listing Report

Once you have assigned activities to ABC codes, you may want to print the list.

To run the ABC codes listing report:

  1. From the Events > Activity-Based Costing > Maintenance menu, select ABC Code Maintenance to display the ABC Code Maintenance screen.

Note: You must have ABC.MAINT authorization to access this screen.

  1. Do the following, as needed:

the activity codes in a particular order

Use the Sort By hot key. Select a sort option and press Enter to sort the records accordingly. If you do not sort the codes, the system prints the list by ABC type.

only certain types of activity codes

Filter the list.

 

Note: The report does not show the estimated or calculated cost.

  1. Generate the report.
