EDI Pricing UOM Conversion Table

This table displays pricing units of measure used in EDI documents and the corresponding Eclipse units of measure from which the system converts them. Add, delete, or change UOM conversions for use with EDI, as needed. More:

Options	In the EDI UOM column, enter the unit of measure to be sent in the EDI document. In the Eclipse UOM column, enter the corresponding Eclipse unit of measure.
Outcome of setting this control record	Determines how units of measure in documents such as 850 purchase orders and 810 invoices, are converted for use in EDI documents.
Default Value(s)	A set of defaults, such as PE to EA, are included as standard conversions in Eclipse. These are standard unit of measure conversions. You modify the defaults, delete ones you do not use, or add additional measurements.
Action if set to Null	Units of measure not found in the table are converted to UM.

EIPP Inbound Filename Criteria

Complete this record if your company sends EDI transmissions using EIPP FTP network calls. Enter the following filename criteria: More:

Options	In the Filename Begins With field, enter the code that marks the beginning of the file you want to transmit. In the Filename Ends With field, enter the code that marks the end of the file you want to transmit.
Outcome of setting this control record	Determines which files are sent from the directory.
Default Value(s)	Blank
Action if set to Null	Does not send files using EIP FTP networks calls.
