User To Get Tracker When An Account Payment Is Made

For each branch or territory, enter the user to notify through the Call Tracking System when a customer pays all or part of their account using cash, check, or credit card. More:

Options	Any user ID or message group.
Outcome of setting this control record	The system sends a message to the user or message group when a customer pays all or a portion of their account balance.
Default Value(s)	None
Dependencies	To assign a message group, you must be authorized to see the message group type to which the message group is assigned. For more information, see the Valid Message Group Types control maintenance record.
Action if set to Null	The system does not send a message.
Additional Information	Generally, an accounts receivable person should be notified to check the cash receipts and make sure the payment is applied to the appropriate A/R bucket for the customer. For more information, see Receiving Payments for Accounts.

User To Get Tracker When A Tag Is Broken

For each branch, enter the user to notify through the Call Tracking System when a tag on a sales order has been broken. More:

Options	Writer - The order writer. Inside - The inside salesperson assigned to the order. Outside - The outside salesperson assigned to the order. Any user or message group ID.
Outcome of setting this control record	Sends a tracker to the user defined for followup on the order.
Default Value(s)	None
Dependecies	To assign a message group, you must be authorized to see the message group type to which the message group is assigned. For more information, see the Valid Message Group Types control maintenance record.
Action if set to Null	No notification is sent of the broken tag.
Additional Information	None

User To Get Tracker When MSDS Is Not Printed For Product

Specify the user or message group to receive a tracker when a product that requires an material safety data sheet (MSDS) does not have one printed for it when invoices are printed. More:

Options	Any user ID or message group.
Outcome of setting this control record	Sends a tracker to a user or message group's job queue that contains the bill-to customer name, order number, product number, and MSDS ID number, so the user can pull the MSDS from a file cabinet and include it with the invoice.
Default Value(s)	None
Dependencies	This control maintenance record is only active if the Enable MSDS Print With Invoice control maintenance record is set to Yes. To assign a message group, you must be authorized to see the message group type to which the message group is assigned. For more information, see the Valid Message Group Types control maintenance record.
Action if set to Null	No tracker is sent when an MSDS does not print.

Valid Message Group Types

Enter message group types for your company. Types can be up to 10 characters. For example, you might define three types called GLOBAL, GROUP, and PERSONAL. You can then authorize users to view or edit only assigned message group types by assigning the MESSAGE.GROUP.TYPES authorization key.
