User To Be Messaged With POS Comments

If you use signature devices, for each branch, enter the user or message group to notify through the Message System when a comment is attached to a signature captured at the counter. More:

Options	Any user ID or message group.
Outcome of setting this control record	When a comment is attached with a point of sale (POS) comment, the system sends a message to this user or message group.
Default Value(s)	None
Dependencies	To assign a message group, you must be authorized to see the message group type to which the message group is assigned. For more information, see the Valid Message Group Types control maintenance record.
Action if set to Null	For each branch that does not have a specified user or message group, the system notifies the first user or message group found, providing that a user or message group has been specified in at least one other branch. If a user or message group has not been specified in any of the branches, the system does not send a message.

User To Get Tracker With POS Cross Reference Errors

If you use signature devices, for each branch, enter the user or message group to notify through the Call Tracking System when the system cannot find the invoice to which a signature captured at the counter should be attached. More:

Options	Any user ID or message group.
Outcome of setting this control record	When an error has occurred in locating an invoice that requires a signature, the system sends a message to this user or message group.
Default Value(s)	None
Dependencies	To assign a message group, you must be authorized to see the message group type to which the message group is assigned. For more information, see the Valid Message Group Types control maintenance record.
Action if set to Null	For each branch that does not have a specified user or message group, the system notifies the first user or message group found, providing that a user or message group has been specified in at least one other branch. If a user or message group has not been specified in any of the branches, the system does not send a message.
