Online help for Eclipse Document Indexer is provided in this indexed and cross-referenced Windows help file. The help documentation describes all the Eclipse screens and Windows applications used during imaging.
You can open the help file using menu commands in either the Eclipse Document Indexer or Attachment Viewer. From either program's Help menu, choose Help Contents to display the help Contents tab. Choose a topic from the table of contents, then click Display or Print.
You can also look for topics using the Index tab, or use the Find tab to create full-text search databases. These databases let you search for particular words or phrases in the Imaging documentation.
The Imaging help file can also be run independent of the Eclipse Image Indexer or Attachment Viewer. To locate and open the help file, use your computer's Start / Find Files or Folders command. In the Named field, enter Imaging.hlp and click Find Now to look in the hard drive where the Eclipse Document Imaging applications reside. When the Imaging.hlp file is found, double-click to open it.
You can have the online help window open on-screen, while simultaneously using Eclipse Document Imaging or other Eclipse screens. Use normal Windows techniques to move or close the online help window. The window displaying a help topic can also be resized for convenient viewing.
Note: Once you locate the Imaging.hlp file, put a shortcut to it on your desktop. For details, see your Windows Help file (Start / Help). A desktop shortcut lets you quickly access Imaging help, and is a good idea for all imaging workstations.
