Sending Internet E-mail Messages

Use the Internet e-mail function to send short e-mail messages. This option works best if you have only one person to send the message to, no attachments, and only a short message.

To send an internet e-mail message:

From the System > Custom > Add-on Products > Outbound Email menu, select Email Internet Out to display the Internet Mail Message Send screen.
In the To field, enter the e-mail address of the person to whom you are sending the message.

Note: The system does not accept e-mail addresses that do not include the @ (at) symbol.

In the Subject field, enter a brief description of the subject of the e-mail.
In the Message area, enter the text of the e-mail message.
Use the Send hot key to send the message.
