These fields show the customer vendor, or contact's city, state, zip code, and country. Either the system populates the fields for existing records, or you populate the fields for new records.
Enter information as follows:
City – Enter the city name.
Zip – Enter the zip code of the customer, vendor, or contact.
You can enter a 9-digit plus four zip code in the format 99999-9999, a 5-digit zip code, or a 6-digit postal code (used in other countries). The Zip Code data file does not contain the 9-digit zip codes, but you can add a 4-digit suffix to the zip code on this screen.
St – Enter the name of the state where this customer, vendor, or contact is located.
Country – Enter the name of the country where this customer, vendor, or contact is located.
When you enter a city or zip code the system populates the City, and Zip fields with the correct information. If your system contains multiple cities with the same name, or if one zip code serves multiple cities, the system displays a list of cities or zip codes from which to select.
