Using the Search Function

Use the Search function to look for topics that contain the keywords you enter.

To use the Search function:

1. Click the button to search by keyword.

2. Enter one or more keywords in the search box and click Go. Wait for the system to display topics containing those words. Depending on the keywords you enter, some searches can take up to two minutes to complete.

Note: For best results, enter just one or two specific keywords. For example, instead of entering common words like "sales" or "order," enter words like "direct" or "will call," which are more specific and will appear in fewer topics.

3. Click a topic title to display that topic in the right-hand pane.
