Selecting Master Job Bid Log Viewing Screen Views

Use the following screen views to track the price and cost transactions against the master job bid:

To view all price transactions in order of occurrence:

  1. Review master job bid record changes.

  2. Use the Change View hot key and select MJB Price Overview from the list.

  3. Review the following information for each transaction, as needed:

Field

Description

Remaining MJB Price

Shows any additions to or subtractions from the master job bid price over the course of the project.

Remaining Bill Price

Shows the amount to bill the customer as a result of the additions to or subtractions from the master job bid price over the course of the project.

To view all cost transactions in order of occurrence:

  1. Review master job bid record changes.

  2. Use the Change View hot key and select MJB Cost Overview from the list.

  3. Review the following information for each transaction, as needed:

Remaining MJB Cost

Shows any additions to or subtractions from the master job bid cost over the course of the project.

Remaining Bill Cost

Shows the amount owed to the vendor as a result of the additions to or subtractions from the master job bid cost over the course of the project.

To view all price transactions sorted by item in order of occurrence:

  1. Review master job bid record changes.

  2. Use the Change View hot key and select MJB Price Grouping from the list.

  3. Review the following information for each transaction, as needed:

Shows any additions to or subtractions from the master job bid price, sorted by item, over the course of the project.

Remaining Bill Price

Shows the amount to bill the customer as a result of the additions to or subtractions from the master job bid price, sorted by item, over the course of the project.
