Many reports can be run for all price lines, a single price line, or multiple specified price lines. The Price Line (or variations of) hot key displays the Price Line Selection screen, where you can create a list of price lines for which to run the report. You can create and save different lists of price lines and then recall a designated list when you run the report.
On screens with the Price Line (or variations of) hot key, use that hot key. The system displays the Price Line Selection screen with all price lines listed.
To recall a previously saved list of price lines, use the Recall hot key. At the Recall Work ID prompt, enter the ID or press F10 and select one from a list.
Edit the displayed list of price lines in the following ways:
To clear the screen of all price lines, use the Clear hot key and enter Y at the prompt.
To add a price line to the list, position the cursor on a blank line, press F10, and select a price line. Press Enter after each entry to apply that selection to the list.
To delete a price line from the list, position the cursor on the item to be deleted and press Alt-Delete.
To sort the list, use the Sort hot key and select Alpha, Numeric, or By Desc.
To move a price line to a new position on the list, position the cursor on the item to be moved. Use the Move hot key. Position the cursor on the line you want the selected item to follow. Press Enter to complete the move.
If you have created a new list and want to save it before using it, use the Save hot key. At the Save Work ID prompt, type an ID and press Enter.
Press Esc to apply the list to the report and to return to the report setup screen.
