Transfer Order Entry Body Views

The following Body screen columns are standard in all views and do not change. The screen's status line and hot keys also remain the same, regardless of which view you choose.

Ship from Branch

address of branch shipping this order.

Ship to Branch

address of branch receiving this order. You can change this from the Header screen.

Qty/Unit

quantity ordered, and unit of measure.

Product Description

description of product.

Status line

order number, order status, pricing branch, shipping branch, required date, and ship date. The status line fields display directly above the hot keys.

 

Use the View hot key to choose a different set of columns to display in the middle of the screen. Following are some common screen view choices, listed alphabetically:

Audit Pricing

Displays the pricing matrix elements for each line item. Customer or product specific matrix cells are indicated by *CUS SPEC* and *PRD SPEC* designations. Contract override pricing is indicated by *CONTRACT* in the Cls/Type column. If no quantity level is in effect or achieved, the QBLvl field displays a 1. If the matrix is disabled by a user's price override, all columns are blank for the line item.

Deposit Extension

Displays the total amount of deposit required for the order generation. The column elements that display are as follows:

Deposit Extension

extended deposit required. (Required unit deposit  multiplied by the quantity.)

Earliest Avail

Displays the earliest available shipping date, along with basic price details. The column elements that display are as follows:

product's list price. List price can change depending on the order's required date and the price line's price sheet for that date.

Unit Prc

selling price per unit.

BO

backorder status, if any.

Avail

Expected Qty / Label Qty

Displays shipping and packaging details. The column elements that display are as follows:

Formula / Unit Price

Displays the underlying price calculations, which authorized users can edit. The column elements that display are as follows:
