Use the Activity Log Indexing function to search for trackers when you do not know the activity log in which the tracker resides.

From the System menu, select Activity Log Indexing to display the Activity Log Indexing screen.
Complete the following fields, as needed:
| Field | Description | 
| Keywords/Rel Notes | Enter one or more keywords to search for trackers containing the keywords in the trackers's original comment, Keywords field, or release notes. | 
| Customer/Vendor | Enter the internal ID of a customer or vendor to search for trackers associated with that customer or vendor. | 
| Release Notes Only | Indicate whether to search only the release notes for the designated keywords. 
 | 
| Patch Level | Enter a patch level to search for trackers that reference that patch level. | 
Use the Begin Search hot key to start the search.
The system displays a list of trackers that match your search criteria.
Select the tracker you want to view.
The system displays the tracker in the Call Tracking Entry window.
