Limiting A/P Transaction Displays

Use the A/P Ledger Selection Input window to limit the transactions displayed on the A/P Ledger window. You can define parameters so that only certain transaction types display. For example, you can limit the displayed transactions to those occurring before or after a specific date, or those below a certain amount.

To limit transaction displays in accounts payable:

  1. From the A/P menu, select A/P Ledger to display the A/P Ledger window and enter the vendor for which you want to view ledger information in the Vendor field.

  2. From the Selection menu, select Select Criteria to display the A/P Ledger Selection Input window.

  1. Enter selection criteria in any of the following fields. If you leave a field blank on the A/P Ledger Selection Input window, the transactions displayed in the A/P Ledger window reflect all for that category.
