Branch and Territory Authorization Keys

The following authorization keys control a user's ability to view and edit branch and territory records.

BRANCH.MAINT

Allows access to Branch Maintenance and windows accessed from it to view and edit branch records. ClosedMore

System Administrators, Branch Managers

Levels

  • Level 1 - Allows access in view-only mode.

  • Level 2 - Allows access in edit mode.

Additional Information

The system uses branch designations for control maintenance records; customer, vendors, and user home branches for pricing, accounting, reporting, and tracking purposes, accounting and general ledger postings, pricing, and tax jurisdictions.
