Dictionary Maintenance Authorization Keys

Allows access to the dictionary files, including access through the Report Writer/Mass Load programs.

Job Roles	System Administrator.
Levels	This key is usually reserved for system administration personnel. Level 1 - Allows access to only view dictionary items. Level 2 - Allows access to view dictionary items and add new dictionary items. Level 3 - Allows access to edit dictionary items and add new dictionary items.
