The following control maintenance records belong to the MOBILE category and apply to products such as Eclipse Mobile and Proof of Delivery.

Customer Facing Order Entry Server Address

New in Release 9.0.2

Indicate the URL address you from which you want to access the Customer Facing Order Entry (CFOE). This server houses the CFOE product. This should not be adjusted without consulting Eclipse Support.

Default Generic Customers For Showroom OE

New in Release 9.0.1.

If you use Eclipse Showroom, this entry determines the default customers, by branch, that the Eclipse Showroom application uses when opening a new sales order.

Default Mobile Customer/Contact Sales Source (WOE)

If you use Eclipse Mobile, use this control maintenance record to set the default customer or contact source you want to use when using web order entry.

Default Mobile Sales Source (Eclipse User)

If you use Eclipse Mobile, use this control maintenance record to set the default sales source to use for an Eclipse user.

Display Hold File Reports In Eclipse Mobile

If you use Eclipse Mobile, enter Yes if you want to display hold file reports through your mobile device.

Note: Hold files may not display correctly on mobile devices that do not support horizontal scrolling or desktop mode.

Display Product Availability In Showroom OE

New in Release 9.0.1

If you use Eclipse Showroom, this entry indicates if you want to automatically display product availability when creating sales orders.

Eclipse Mobile Base URL

If you use Eclipse Mobile, identify the web site address through which your users can access Eclipse Mobile on their mobile devices.

Enable Access List In Eclipse Mobile

If you use Eclipse Mobile, enter Yes if you want to view your access information from your mobile device.

Enable Showroom Branches

New in Release 9.0.2

Indicate at which branches you want to enable Showroom capabilities. When you purchase the Eclipse Showroom application, the system comes with a set number licenses: one licence per branch. Use this control maintenance record to assign which of your branches are using Showroom.

iBeacon Default Region UUID Registration

New in Release 9.0.2

Company-wide setting for universally unique identifier (UUID) iBeacon broadcasts.

Limit Eclipse Mobile Search Results To

If you use Eclipse Mobile, specify the number of search results you want to initially display when searching for products, orders, customers, vendors, or contacts. Limiting the search results that initially display can increase the response time in retrieving results.

Mobile Default Part # Used For Creating A Nonstock Item

If you use Eclipse Mobile, set the default part number to use when creating a nonstock item through mobile order entry.

Mobile Domain Name

If you use Eclipse Mobile, set the domain name to use when accessing Eclipse with your mobile device.

Mobile Signature Document Profile

Indicate by branch which signature file to use for documents.

Proof Of Delivery Notify Writer On Quantity Changes

If you use Proof of Delivery in ADS, for each branch, indicate if you want the writer of the orders to be notified when changes are made through the Proof of Delivery system. Proof Of Delivery Print Status Override On Upload

If you use Proof of Delivery in ADS, for each branch, enter the print status override when Proof of Delivery data is sent back to your company on upload. For more information about Proof of Delivery, see the Help available from the Proof of Delivery application on your mobile device.

Proof Of Delivery Signature Document Profile For Manifest

For each branch, enter the image document profile to use for the signature capture or order photo taken that will be attached to the order. For more information about Proof of Delivery, see the Help available from the Proof of Delivery application on your mobile device.

Proof of Delivery GPS Document Profile For Manifest

For each branch, enter the document image profile to use for the GPS Route to be attached to the manifest. For more information about Proof of Delivery, see the Help available from the Proof of Delivery application on your mobile device.

Proof Of Delivery Administrator To Receive POD Comments

For each branch, enter the user who should receive all order comments received through the Proof of Delivery application. For more about Proof of Delivery, see the Help available from the Proof of Delivery application on your mobile device.

Proof Of Delivery Administrator To Receive POD Errors

For each branch, enter the user who should receive all order errors entered through the Proof of Delivery application. For more about Proof of Delivery, see the Help available from the Proof of Delivery application on your mobile device.

Use Alternate Product Description In Mobile

Indicate if you want to use the description listed in the Alternate Description field in Product Maintenance as the display for the product on mobile devices.

Use Index For Customer Name In Mobile

Indicate if you want to use the name listed in the Index field in Customer Maintenance as the display name for the customer on mobile devices.

Showroom Default Settings

If you use the Eclipse Showroom, enter the default settings you want to use for ordered entered through the Showroom application. ClosedMore:

Default CC E-Mail

Enter the e-mail address you want to automatically copy when sending orders or tickets through Showroom.

Default BCC E-Mail

Enter the e-mail address you want to automatically blind copy when sending orders or tickets through Showroom.

Days for Bid Follow Up

Enter the minimum number of days you want to set for following up on new bid orders. The number days set here is added to the current date to calculate the Follow Up Date default date on the Sales Opportunity section in the Order Summary page.

Bid Completed Stage

Enter the stage you want to use when bids are completed. When a bid order is set to this stage, the system considers it complete.

The system populates the selections in this field using the opportunity stages defined in the Opportunity Stages control maintenance record.

Default Opportunity Source

Enter the source you want to use by default when creating a new sales opportunity entry within the Showroom application. For example, if you primarily enter opportunity information during Trade Shows, you enter Trade Show in this field. The system automatically populates the Source field on the Sales Opportunity section in the Order Summary page.

The system populates the selections in this field using the opportunity sources defined in the Opportunity Sources control maintenance record.

Default Opportunity Stage

Enter the stage you want to use by default when an opportunity is created. The system uses this entry in the Stage field on the Sales Opportunity section in the Order Summary page.

The system populates the selections in this field using the opportunity stages defined in the Opportunity Stages control maintenance record.

Show Pricing on Search Results

Indicate if you want to display or hide pricing details when displaying product information for the customer: Product Catalog Only, Include PDW Catalog, or None.

The default is Product Catalog Only.

Default E-Mail Message

Enter the default e-mail text you want to use when sending opportunity and order information.
