User Defined Call Tracking Notes

Enter categories that users can access when entering notes in Call Tracking Entry.

Options	Any free-form text to define up to 20 categories.
Outcome of setting this control record	When you use the File >Notes option in a tracker, the note categories defined in this record display.
Default Value(s)	Blank
Example(s)	Billing Notes
Action if set to Null	If there are no categories defined, users are not prompted to select a category when they select File > Notes in a tracker. They can enter a note without the category assignment.

User Defined Customer Notes

Enter categories that users can access when entering user-defined notes in Customer Maintenance.

Options	Any free-form text for up to 20 categories.
Outcome of setting this control record	When you use the Additional > Customer Notes option in Customer Maintenance, the categories entered in this record are available to select from to help categorize notes attached to the record.
Default Value(s)	Blank
Example(s)	Credit Notes
Action if set to Null	No categories are available to group notes in Customer Maintenance.
Additional Information	Note categories are assigned at the system level and cannot be set on a customer-by-customer basis.

User Defined Product Notes

Enter categories that users can access when entering user-defined notes in Product Maintenance.

Options	Any free-form text for up to 20 categories.
Outcome of setting this control record	When you use the Notes > Product Notes option in Product Maintenance, the categories entered in this record are available to select from to help categorize notes attached to the record.
