Use the logs available in Eclipse Forms to help troubleshoot errors with print processes. In addition to monitoring the activity for a process, you can also copy and paste log information to send it to Eclipse support personnel to help you troubleshoot errors. You can also export the contents of the log file to view it in a different application, or to send the entire log file to Eclipse.
Viewing logs in Eclipse Forms:
From anywhere in the Administrator application, click the Status tab and select the process for which you want to view the log, and click View Log.
Review the log file, expanding log entries as necessary to view additional information, such as the branch, printer, and the number of pages in the print job.
Exporting logs from Eclipse Forms:
Select the format in which you would like to save the contents of the file and click Export.
Click Save and enter the location to which you want to save the file.
