To use a graph you have created in a presentation or a report, you can save it as a JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group) image. You can then import it into nearly any word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation development program. If you need only the graph itself for a hard copy report, see Printing Graphs.
To save a table graph as an image:
Create a table graph.
From the Graph window, select File > Save as JPEGto display the Save dialog box.
Browse to the location on your hard drive or server where you want to save the image.
Click the Save button.
The system saves your graph with a .jpg extension.
