Viewing the Clock and Calendar

When you need to view the time and date from your terminal for general purposes, use the Clock/Calendar window. This window displays the current month and next month, the current date, the time, and your user ID port and terminal information.

To view the clock and calendar:

  1. From the System menu, select Clock/Calendar to display the Clock/Calendar window.

  1. View the following information:

Field

Description

Port

Port ID of the terminal to which you are connected.

User

User ID of the person currently connected to Eclipse.

Time

Next to the account is the current time in the time zone assigned to the displayed user ID. The time counts as you view it, ensuring real-time accuracy.

Account

The Solar Eclipse account to which the terminal is connected, such as Production.

Term ID#

ID assigned to the terminal.

Version

Version of Solar Eclipse installed on the terminal.

Calendars

  • Dates highlighted in red are the assigned days off for the displayed user ID.

  • The date highlighted in yellow is the current date.

  1. Use the Arrow buttons to move the window to previous or following months.
