Use the Reserve Inventory Report to view which products have reserve quantities on reserve orders for each customer. The report includes the reserve order number, the product description for each product on reserve, as well as the quantities, cost per each product, and the extended cost. Using this report, you can see by customer, how much in inventory you have reserved.
To run the Reserve Inventory Report:
From the Purchase > Reports menu, select Customer Reserve Inventory to display the Reserve Inventory Report window.
In the Br/Tr/All field, enter the shipping branch, branches, or territories you want to include in the report.
In the Customer field, select the customer to include in the report. To run the report for all customers that have reserve orders, leave this field blank.
In the Sort By field, select how you want to sort the contents of the report:
Branch by Customer - Sorts the contents first by the branch and then by customers within the branch.
Customer - Sorts the contents in alphabetical order by customer. This is the default.
Sales Order - Sorts the contents by order number.
In the Start Date and End Date fields, enter the first and last dates for which you want to run the report. All reserve orders created within these dates are included in the report.
In the Show Cost field, select Yes to include the cost in the report. When you run the report, you are prompted to select whether to display the Generic Cost or the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
