From the Sales Order Entry Body tab, you can choose from several inquiries related to the current order or customer. For example, while in an order, you may need to view the customer's accounts receivable balance, inquire about recent sales, or view product pricing. You can also drill into product and customer information. For example, while in an order, you may need to check a product's price sheet, UPC information, or view a customer's credit control settings.
To view sales order inquiry information:
Create or open a sales order and display the order's Body tab.
Select any of the following menu options, as needed:

Inquiries > Matrix Pricing The Sell Matrix Maintenance screen displays in view-mode or edit-mode, depending on your authorization. The system prompts you to choose the Pricing Matrix or Costing Matrix before displaying the Sell Matrix or Buy Matrix Maintenance window. Note: If the order has both a pricing matrix and a costing matrix, the system prompts you to select which one to display. You can change the display later. If no valid price matrix cell is found and there is a cost matrix cell selection, users will not have to use the Inquiries menu again to get the prompt to display again. When drilling in to a costing matrix cell, if the matrix cell is not an O-Type matrix cell, Eclipse automatically switches to the Cost Overrides tab. |

Exit the window to return to the order's Body tab.
