Use the Scheduler to maintain a calendar of events for yourself. You can also view other users' schedules, and schedule events and meetings for multiple users.
Use the following applications in the Scheduler:
Daily Planner - Use to view users' short descriptions of their work schedules for each day of the week. You can also enter a short description of your daily schedule in the planner.
Daily Schedule - Use to maintain a calendar of scheduled events on a daily basis. If authorized, you can use to view and edit other users' schedules.
Weekly Schedule - Use to maintain a calendar of scheduled events on a weekly basis. If authorized, you can use to view and edit other users' schedules.
Monthly and Yearly Schedule - Use to view users' monthly and yearly scheduled events.
Schedule Detail Maintenance - Use to enter detailed information for an event, such as a meeting agenda and notes. You can also use this function to set an event to be repeating, add the event to multiple users' schedules, and send an alarm message to all attendees prior to the event.
Meeting Advisor - Use to schedule meetings. The Meeting Advisor checks each user's schedule and indicates times when all users are available for a meeting.
Event Tracking Report - Use to summarize schedules for users.
