Eclipse provides an interface to the Wells Fargo Payment Manager® provided by Wells Fargo Corporation. Wells Fargo payments use a flat file to process payments. These flat files convert the database information into a single, comma-delimited file for bank processing. This file contains all the vendor payment information, the invoice or payable details, and credit card payment credentials. Wells Fargo can then use that flat file to record the invoices paid and the corresponding credit card payments. After creating and sending the file, the system monitors the file and alerts the user if the flat file processed successfully.
