Define a block-out time on a manifest to prevent the system from scheduling deliveries during indicated times, such as for lunch breaks or other breaks during the day. For example, you may want to block out 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on all manifests to give your delivery personnel a scheduled lunch break.
