Note: If a manifest's ship ticket is in a closed accounting period and has a different ship date or ship via than the manifest, the system will not update the ship ticket with the different ship date or ship via when you close the manifest.

To re-open closed manifests, you must be assigned the SOE.MANIFEST.EDITauthorization key with a level2 authorization.
To close a shipping manifest:
From the Warehouse Management > Warehouse Queues menu, select Shipping Manifest Queue to display the Shipping Manifest Queue - Select Items dialog box.
In the Manifest ID field, enter the number of the manifest that you want to close.
Leave this field blank to search for an existing manifest based on any combination of entries in the Ship Via, Ship Date, and Ship Branch fields.
Click OK to display the Shipping Manifest Queue window.
From the File menu, select Close Manifest.
In the Are you sure you want to close this manifest? dialog box, click Yes to close the manifest.
