Selecting Data to View in Equipment Time Clock Entry

Use the Equipment Time Clock Selection Criteria window to select the users, work codes, departments, and equipment to view in Equipment Time Clock Entry. In the Equipment Time Clock Selection Criteria window, indicate a time period from which to pull this information.

To select information to view on the Equipment Time Clock Entry window:

  1. From the Warehouse Management > Equipment Maintenance menu, select Equipment Time Clock Entry to display the Equipment Time Clock Entry window.

  2. Choose Select Criteria from the Edit menu to display the Equipment Time Clock Selection Criteria dialog box.

  3. In the Start Date field, if you do not want to view the current period, enter the beginning date of the period to use for viewing data.

The system enters the beginning date for the current period.

  1. In the End Date field, if you do not want to view the current period, enter the ending date of the period to use for viewing data.

The system enters the ending date for the current period.

  1. In the User ID field, do one of the following:

  1. In the Equipment ID field, do one of the following:

  1. Click OK to return to the Equipment Time Clock Entry window.

  2. Save your changes and exit the window.
